RED PEPPER SAUCE
1 28 oz can of diced tomatoes
1 12 oz jar of roasted red peppers (not in oil)
healthy pinch of red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 - 4 cloves of garlic. minced
1 tsp olive oil
Heat the oil in a small saute pan until it shimmers. Turn off heat and add garlic.
Dump everything into a blender (including garlic). Completely puree contents.
Taste to make sure the spices are suitable to you.
