I am a Le Cordon Bleu certified graduate with a degree in culinary arts from the Cooking & Hospitality Institute of Chicago (CHIC) where I taught as an adjunct instructor for one year.
Formerly a business consultant, with an MBA, I have been cooking since the age of nine. I grew up in my family's restaurant business and have been catering in the Chicago area for more than 15 years.
The meals I prepare meet the needs of my individual clients based on taste profile and health needs. I use the freshest available ingredients and emphasize foods that are healthful and meals that are balanced. My style covers a wide range of ethinic cuisines but my method of preparation is based on Le Cordon Bleu techniques.
